The Judicial Branch

Judicial power is vested in the Supreme Court and lower courts. Judges serve during "good behaviour."

Federal courts hear cases involving the Constitution, federal law, and disputes between states.

Treason is defined as levying war against the U.S. or aiding its enemies.
